The Mr Hung Fang Lee started contracting business as sole-proprietor under Yhe Construction Pte Ltd General Contractors. Yhe Construction Pte Ltd Contractors Pte Ltd (YHE) was incorporated on 31 March 2011.
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd impressive property development portfolio includes quality residential and commercial projects, and hotels and resorts in Singapore and overseas. Some of these notable projects include the Good Class Bungalows in Swettenham Road, Emerald Garden located in Singapore.

2011
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd
YHE was ranked by the former Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), now known as Building and Construction Authority (BCA) after its merger with Public Works Department (PWD), as the top local contractor in terms of turnover for eight consecutive years.
2014
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd
Diversified into hotel business and developed the Holiday Inn City Centre Guangzhou, China and Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, Thailand.
2016
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd
Its construction arm attained a G8 grading in General Building & Civil Engineering by the former Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), now known as Building and Construction Authority (BCA) after its merger with Public Works Department (PWD)
2019
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd
Jointly with Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (SPH), the Group acquired two prominent properties in prime Orchard Road, The Paragon & The Promenade. (These two properties were subsequently sold back to SPH in exchange for freehold bungalows along Swettenham Road in 2019.)
2021
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd
Made 1st infrastructure investment in Singapore-Suzhou Township Development Consortium and is awarded construction of township earthworks and ancillary works & Singa Plaza, China.
2022-24
Yhe Construction Pte Ltd
Awarded the design and construction of station at Bukit Panjang and tunnels for Downtown Line Stage 2 Contract 912 (C912). Yhe became the first local builder to clinch an MRT project of such scale and complexity on its own.
